Manpreet (Manny) was born and raised in India. He worked in the multi-generational family business of managing a 100-acre agricultural farm, while pursuing agriculture in his college studies. He received a Bachelor's Degree and eventually moved to Queens, NY in 2017, where he became interested in learning more about the banking and investment industry. After starting his own trucking company business, he continued in his desire to become involved with real estate and decided to move where real estate was bustling and the weather was warmer....

REALTOR® Gene Hendrickson has joined Wagner Realty's Manatee Ave West Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.
Gene spent his childhood days in the historic town of Astoria, Oregon, where he developed a love for the sea and for seafood. He became a licensed REALTOR in 2015 and pursued his business in the Redmond and Seattle markets. But in 2020, he decided to take the literal plunge into the Gulf of Mexico by moving his family of five to Manatee County where they could enjoy the warm Florida waters all year round. It didn't take long before the Hendrickson family became deeply rooted in the NW Bradenton community of Mango Park. They are active participants in their children's education and activities.
