REALTOR® Holly Hulsman Joins Wagner Realty's Lakewood Ranch Main St Office
Holly Hulsman has joined Wagner Realtyʼs Lakewood Ranch Office as a licensed REALTOR®.
Holly was raised in Northeast Ohio about 30 minutes east of Cleveland and remains a devoted Cleveland Browns fan. After marrying in 2003 and starting a family, she obtained her Class B CDL license, and chose transportation as a part time career, that lasted for 13 years.
In 2016, she moved to Sarasota where they salt margaritas and not roads and became a school bus driver for The Out of Door Academy in Lakewood Ranch. She graduated from Manatee Technical College with an Applied Technologies Diploma in Medical Coding. For many visitors to the island, it's the first thing they see on the way in and the last thing they see on the way out – that is, unless they bought any of the numerous souvenirs that bear its image. As an entrepreneur Robyn, a licensed esthetician opened and successfully managed a skincare studio in California for over ten years. She started her real estate career in early 2000 in luxury real estate in California. After much thought, she listened to her heart and moved to Castle Rock, Colorado, to be near her growing family. There she managed two careers, one in property management and the other in skincare. But her passion for real estate was still present and obtained her Colorado real estate license.
