Lucky Schmidt's knowledge of Anna Maria Island stemmed from running around the island and swimming in the gulf waters at a very young age. Growing up right on Gulf Drive created a lifelong island girl within her. Today she brings her wisdom of Anna Maria Island and surrounding areas to real estate, helping people seamlessly navigate the housing market with remarkable expertise.
Lucky has worked in vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island for four years which instilled her love for the ever-changing market. Not only does she know this town like the back of her hand, but she has also spent time excelling in the competitive market and establishing a well-respected reputation. She now has a strong desire to make her home, your home. "The growth here is explosive and it is a really exciting time for the West Coast of Florida," says Lucky.
She majored in marketing and graduated from Florida Atlantic University while raising her two young children, Lucas and Leia. Lucky is married to her high school sweetheart, a Police Officer in Longboat Key.
Aside from being a real estate agent, rental agent, hard-working mom, and devoted wife, Lucky's passion is to give back and show families they have opportunities to invest in the ongoing market.
